Duties vary with the nature of the organisation, but we at Deep Cleaning generally focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs whilst increasing productivity.
Our operational practices:
Because buildings must be operated and maintained with the security, safety, health, comfort and productivity of their occupants in mind, Deep Cleaning ensures the implementation of structured maintenance and management programs to prevent equipment and systems breakdowns.
Our predictive/preventive Maintenance approach: We help our clients to identify maintenance related issues early on and address them before they lead to costly repairs. We base our forecasts on equipment life cycle projections to prevent breakdowns. Equipment include lifts and elevators, generating sets, heating and air-conditioning systems, restroom facilities, kitchen and catering equipment, plumbing and other electrical installations.
Other maintenance approaches we employ for the facilities we manage include Routine Maintenance, Programmed maintenance, deferred maintenance, breakdown maintenance and service order requests.
Our maintenance staff includes a combination of professionals, skilled crafts people, unskilled laborers, and a variety of support personnel. We employ the ‘customer-centered’ and ‘trade-centered’ structures and group staff into service teams that provide a range of different maintenance functions.
